Quiet interesting Guidelines to YOGA

Guidelines & Etiquette
Follow these simple guidelines:

Be on time for class (arrive 10 minutes early to sign in), the door is locked at class time. Please do not knock if you are late!

If you are pregnant or have serious health concerns (such as high blood pressure, recent surgery, or joint injury) be sure to inform your teacher BEFORE class.

Please turn off cell phones or better yet, leave them in your car.

Please avoid wearing perfumes and colognes.

Please leave your bags in the change rooms, please do not leave any jewelry or eyeglasses on the floor.

Don't overdress, a t-shirt or tank top and shorts are recommended. (but have extra cloths)

Don't eat before class (minimum 2 hour) if possible (you will feel your lunch in the twists...)

We encourage meeting the person next to you, it improves the vibe in the room.

Check your competitive side at the door - there is nothing to "get" here this is not an athletic competition; or beauty contest. There are no prizes for best pose. ;)
Enjoy your time with your breath and yourself.
